I-RES homes are equipped to a high standard and are situated in great locations with excellent transport connections. We work hard to deliver a living experience that redefines what it means to rent.
We put a lot of focus on giving our residents peace of mind and ensuring they feel safe and comfortable in their homes.
Should something break down, use the I-RES Living App to log your problem and one of our in-house maintenance team will be there to get you back up and running, whatever time of the day or night.
Sustainability is right up there with hygiene for us. We keep the surroundings in our neighbourhoods well-maintained, and go about it in a way that does not harm the environment.
We run calendars of events all year round to help you get to know your neighbours and enjoy that sense of connection we all need as human beings to stay happy.

At I-RES, we like to rent our homes out for the long term. Should we need to make a change to your rental billing, we will give you plenty of notice and do everything in line with current legislation.
Moving in with I-RES
So how do you go about becoming an I-RES resident?
We try to make the whole process of renting with I-RES as easy, transparent and hassle-free as possible, all the way from the day you pick up the keys, to the day you hand them back.
When you see an I-RES home you like.
You can apply paperlessly using the I-RES website.
Our lettings team will then get back to you with more information.
Once you're ready to become an I-RES resident.
We’ll ask you to upload some documents.
You can do this directly using our secure self-service portal.
Once you're living with I-RES.
The I-RES Living mobile app will take care of you.
Get help setting up utilities, log maintenance requests, request safety inspections, pay your rent, and more.
When you want to move out
Just tell us online that you want to end your lease.
The lettings and leasing team will manage the whole process of signing your home back over and collecting the keys.
We want to do the right thing by all the residents of our planet.
When I-RES asked existing residents how important sustainability was to them, 76% said it was a big priority. If it’s important to our residents, it’s super important to us too. That’s why all of our homes have high BER energy-efficiency ratings, with nearby amenities, good recycling facilities, secure bike storage, and well-maintained outdoor spaces a feature of every development. As well as that, we support the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan and organise clean-up days and community events to bring our residents together for the good of the environment.
